I love the marble effect nail varnish on nails but always thought I'd never be able to do that, turns out I was right but maybe after some practice it would get better. I saw what looked like a pretty easy tutorial on another blog (I'll put it at the bottom) but only two of my nails turned out decentish!
I used MUA nail varnish which is amazing by the way and only £1. I used shade 5 (the green) and shade 9 (the blue).
I then dropped a drop of green into a bowl of water then some blue. Then green, then blue again and so on. I swirled around the nail polish with a cotton bud then dipped my nail in.
It was actually so hard to do, I thought it would be a lot easier. This tutorial from MUA themselves explains it a lot better than I do and the nails look a lot nicer too :)
I had a slight ulterior motive for this blog. I am going shopping tomorrow :) and wondered if their was anything particular you would like to see or would you just like a haul? Let me know, I don't mind :)
