Mini MUA Haul

Hi all! After reading so much about the MUA products, I had to try them myself to see what all the hype was about. I ordered off line as I don't live that close to a superdrug and was amazed at the price of just £1 per item for most things. I ordered 10 items for £10 obviously, and p&p was about £3 I think. I waited a week for them to come and I did think they would come sooner. The packaging was so boring as well. They came in a while envelope and they had put my mobile phone number on the packing too, so wasn't exactly happy about that! Anyway moving on, all in all I was pretty impressed with the products I recieved and went to the superdrug far far away to be pretty dissapointed by the tiny display they had. They had no variety and really wanted a couple of they eyshadow pallettes but they had none. So I may just order more of the internet! Moving on again, let's show you what I bought :)

I don't know why the pictures won't turn around :(

First up is a blusher and a pressed powder. The blusher is nice, it looks cheap compared to my normal bourjous but it's nice as a back up and will be using this. I don't like the powder, it looks too light on my skin as I wear a lot of fake tan. Both glide on quite nicely though and how tanned does my arm look with my flash on :) I'm going to try a different colour powder because I think it would actually work quite nice if you got the right shade.

I absolutely adore the colours of the eyshadows, they look equally as nice on. I usually use Mac and think these colours look just as nice. I will probably end up buying all the colours to be honest. These are so worth the money, they glide on well and look fantastic. I usually put a tissue under my eye to catch any eyshadow as it falls, and quite a lot fell from my eye and I did have to use more than when I do with my Mac products, but this is something worth getting. I tend to just use browns and neutral shades but I can't wait to buy more and experiment.

The lipsticks were more like lipglosses to be honest. You have to go over your lips quite a few times for it to be seen but their nice if you like a subtle look and their full of moisture. Will probably be trying more of these for my daytime look. I love the way you can actually see the lipstick in the bottom of the case too, instead of a sticker the way most lipsticks are.

I also bought two mascara's, a clear one for my eyebrows and a black one for my eyelashes. This was disappointing. It didn't really work at all. I'm going to be sticking to my Noveau Mascara.

Lastly is the nail varnishs, as I featured these on another post I'm not going into much detail. Their a blue and a green colour. Nice colours, one coast did the job nicely but two made it perfect. I did think they would be a bit bigger though, but can't moan for the price can i really!

Hope you enjoyed yet another blog from me and can't wait to do my next! As you know I went shopping yesterday, but I had to come back early as my little boy was being very naughty so I only had chance to go in Primark, and I didn't buy that much from there. Next week is my payday, so my little boy will be left at home on my next shopping trip ;)
